To provide mindful, healing, meditative movements in a fun and playful way that apply both on and off the mat.


When I took my first yoga class in 2009, I was inspired by the freedom and dance-like quality I was able to find on the mat; in 2012 I was hit by a car while crossing the street, and then the real practice began. My asana practice put on hold, I shifted my focus to mindfulness, meditation, and the philosophical teachings of the yoga practice, which I now have the joy to infuse into my asana classes and offerings. I particularly love the process of guiding students on an inner journey and into deep states of relaxation. My classes focus on leaving the body feeling open, and encourage mindfulness both off and on the mat through body and breath awareness. You can expect a mindful, fun, spirit flow that fuses philosophy, asana, and music.

I have had a long time love of building and supporting community and enjoy creating connection and transformation for individuals and groups through classes, workshops, transformational retreats, and trainings. In 2016, I took the plunge and quit my 9-5 job to open Samudra Studio in Saco Maine, which I have grown into a thriving community since then. I completed my 200 and 500 teacher training with Fluid Yoga and Kevan Gale and Betty Riaz. I’m a certified SPA Yoga® teacher and assist SPA Yoga® founder Betty Riaz with trainings both regionally and internationally. I have also studied and hold certifications in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Thai Yoga Massage, and Yin Yoga and Meditation.
