Private sessions are a great way to get a deep and personalized look into your yoga practice.

Whether you are a new student building foundations of a practice, an advanced student looking to spend more time progressing individual poses, or are someone looking to learn to work around injuries or chronic conditions, a private session is the perfect way to kick start or advance your practice. One on one classes provide a wonderful setting to discuss and work on your personal goals and interests and receive feedback on alignment and areas of opportunity. Together we will create a program you can work on at home, or take to your regular classes. 

Sarah is also available for semi private classes for 2-4 people, or for private group classes for your special occasion or event!


Sarah has always surpassed my expectations during our semi-private sessions. Her relaxing, yet fun, demeanor makes each session rejuvenating. Sarah uses her wonderful intuition and training to support her clients throughout each session. When Sarah assists, she does so with grace and a genuine desire to help. Even on the most hectic of days, Sarah’s reminders to refer back to the client’s purpose for the session always help me get the most out of our time together.

She’s a great teacher, but she’s also very patient and kind, which helps me to relax and focus on the yoga rather than on impressing the instructor.
