Private sessions are a great way to get a deep and personalized look into your yoga practice.
Whether you are a new student building foundations of a practice, an advanced student looking to spend more time progressing individual poses, or are someone looking to learn to work around injuries or chronic conditions, a private session is the perfect way to kick start or advance your practice. One on one classes provide a wonderful setting to discuss and work on your personal goals and interests and receive feedback on alignment and areas of opportunity. Together we will create a program you can work on at home, or take to your regular classes.
Sarah is also available for semi private classes for 2-4 people, or for private group classes for your special occasion or event!
